Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We do not provide return & refund policy, however if the order is cancelled within a day's time subject to product not dispatched we will refund your payments. Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days

Elica makes best possible efforts to provide quality products and services. All models undergo quality checks and required tests to ensure: efficiency, electrical safety & reliability.

Refunds
Once we receive your email on customercare@elica.in for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will initiate. Refund amount is calculated by deducting 2.5% (shipping and internet payment charges) from your original payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be issue to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.

Shipment and Delivery:

When making an order, the shipping expenses will be calculated in relation to the destination of the goods & weight of articles purchased. When the package leaves Elica's warehouse you will be sent shipping details and approximate delivery time. We may also direct the orders to our local dealers for faster shipments. Customer should sign duplicate copy of the invoice as a proof of delivery and hand over to the dealer. If you do not receive the package as scheduled and have not received any related notification, please immediately contact us on shop@elica.in.

After the confirmation of order it will take 4-5 working days to send your goods purchased to shipping company. We try and deliver orders within 10-12 working days. The shipments may be given to Shipping companies selected & approved By Elica PB Whirlpool Kitchen Appliances Private Limited (Formerly known as - Elica PB India Private Limited). The shipping company will always make TWO delivery attempts at the destination address. If no-one is found to sign for the package, the goods are put in the stock of the relevant office. The customer will be responsible for collecting the package, otherwise after 7 days the goods will return to Elica PB Whirlpool Kitchen Appliances Private Limited (Formerly known as - Elica PB India Private Limited). As a consequence, we advise you to put a place that is always attended as the delivery address.

Note : Accessories and Spare Parts are "NON RETURNABLE"
