I have Shop act registration, GST number ,PAN card, Aadhar card and all other documents as per the governing laws and shall produce them as and when demanded.
All employees working with me do not have any past police records or criminal records.
All employees working with me are Indian citizens and have Aadhar cards, I can produce them as and when demanded.
All employees employed by me are above 18years of age and are in sound mental condition.
I shall adhere to customer appointments.
I will use Technician APP and will not use any Paper job cards.
I shall follow the standard rate charts and shall not over charge customer.
I shall give receipts for payment collected from customers.
I shall not charge customers whose products are under warranty.
I will complete the installation & Demo and take picture of the installation , Invoice copy & MRP label . The same will be uploaded in CRM.
I will not use non standard / duplicate parts to repair products.
I shall collect all faulty spares and follow instructions given from time to time by company.
I shall use standard procedures for installation & repairs/ Service products.
I shall ensure that my work will lead all my Customers to give positive review and Positive NPS .
I shall ensure that all my technicians wear uniforms, I cards, helmets,driving License & will have standard tool kits as informed by company.
All vehicles used for service/ installations / repairs will have PUC certificate.
I understand that incase there is any damage/ theft / unapproriate behavior by technician at customers place shall be my responsibility and company will not bear any consequences.
All case updation will be done in CRM and I understand inadequate data may lead to penalties.
I shall abide by local laws to dispose the Packaging .
